At Naked Dog, we want you to be completely obsessed with your new look, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. If your fit isn't quite right, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailer of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
